The not-so-good
Good evening, buddies!
This blog post goes to all of you who keep asking me about previous projects. I thank you for your loyalty to these of you who are following me from my previous blog, and have migrated with me on this new professional phase. The reason why this blog post is dedicated is that it intends to be a summary of all those works which interest me more amongst the one I did as a student or for self promotion.
I won’t include them on the portfolio because they don’t show my actual level, but I still love them so I want to have them around here! Also I would like to pick each project again to perfect it with the improvement I’ve gained as a professional, but if I spend my time with old projects I won’t reach the future, and… My hands are burning because of all the projects I’m restraining not to start yet! May this blog post serve as tribute to my little-cuttie-tiny first projects:
Day/night light facade
My first “hard” whole project (model, texture & render). I’m posting 2 pictures, the render with daylight and the one on nightlight.
Texturing a shoe
This test was the result of an exercise about texturing clothes. The geometry was done by the professor and I had to texture and render it. It seems like I was overwhelmed by my cartoonish side.
Julie Andrews’ Hotel
My first try on architectural modeling. Of course there was no way I could choose another name for it! You have it in two lightings too: day/night light.
